Shipping costs will vary depending on the country we have to ship the order to. We only charge the exact shipping costs and we do not add any extra fees or charges. This ensures that you’re only paying for what is necessary to get your order to you safely and securely.

Returns & Refunds
We’re committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. As part of this commitment, we charge return costs to our customers. We understand that this may be inconvenient, but it allows us to encourage responsible purchasing decisions. By only returning items when necessary, we can minimize unnecessary shipping and reduce our carbon footprint.

Here’s how returning your order works:
1. Go to the return portal
2. Download the return label.
3. Explain why you want to return the order and help us improve!
4. Prepare your package for shipment.
5. Drop off your package at the postal office.
Please note the return link is valid for 16 days, so make sure to send your package before it expires.

You will get an email from us when your return has been received. Once your return is received, it will be processed and refunded within 14 days.

We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s). However, you can always return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish for instead.
Unfortunately not. Only items from the same order can be put together in a return parcel. This will ensure that we can process your return quicker and for you to receive your refund in time.

If you’re interested in purchasing an item that’s currently out of stock, you can sign up to receive a notification when it becomes available again. Simply sign up for the waiting list on the product page, which will appear only if there’s a chance of the item being restocked. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email alert if the product is restocked.
However, please keep in mind that this feature doesn’t reserve or guarantee the product for you, nor does it guarantee that the product will definitely be restocked.
