• We accept returns of items that are in original condition within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
• Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in and with all tags attached, that’s what we mean with original condition. The items can not be used, washed or altered in any way.
• Maglia has the authority to decline returns that are received beyond the permitted 30-day return window or do not adhere to our Return policy. If a return is declined, we may send the items back to your primary delivery address at your expense to cover any associated shipping costs.
• Our goal is to complete the return process and provide a refund within 14 days.
• The method of payment used for the initial purchase will be utilized for issuing refunds.
• Please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs for returns or exchanges. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
• We will review all returned items individually. In the event that an item is returned to us in a condition that is not suitable for resale, we maintain the right to refuse a refund. Additionally, failure to comply with our return policy may result in your suspension from future purchases.
• The returned item(s) remains your responisbility until we receive them. Please always save the return receipt from the carrier.
